Does all 135's have 4 forward gears plus high and low? Friend just bought one and he thinks most had only 3 forward plus high and low. Thinks it was an option.

Early 135s were six speed, or optional Multi-Power twelve speed transmission. Late models had the choice of the twelve speed MP, or base eight speed transmission. I have a 1967 US with the twelve speed, and a Great Britain 1973 eight speed model. Some late US models were eight speed also, dealer I worked for did service some state highway mowing tractors that were eight speed too.
