Massey 65 auxiliary hydraulic question

The operator manual refers to "external auxiliary hydraulic control valve" supplement or manual that was packages with the manual. Does anyone have a source for this? I seem to have all but this one. Thanks

I Finally got the valve apart, nothing visible wrong but a missing collar on one spool.
I cannot post a picture...
