Replaced head per shop manual - adjusted valves per ? TDC? mark
procedure. Drained oil previously with gray blabber look in oil. Tried
cranking after all was ready - won?t crank? Also did not see oil being
pumped to head?? Any advice would be appreciated on getting it
running or what might be causing it not to fire??

wont crank ? ... means that the engine wont turn over. are you talking about not turning over or not starting?? two totally different problems.

Just following up for anyone having this issue. I originally followed the manual and applied non-hardening gasket lubricant to the new gasket - big mistake - blew it again. I noticed air bubbling around a head bolt. I decided it wasn't going to whip me so got a new gasket - broke it down - replaced with a dry gasket - she fired up after the first try! Sometimes you have to consider the year in which this direction was initiated and go with current knowledge in a case like this - I'm not a mechanic - but I learned the hard way!! No need to apply anything to a new gasket in this case. Also - this tractor is real sensitive to the fuel filter system being free of any air trapped in the lines. Make sure the fuel filter is sealed good with no leaks or it will never crank
