My pressure test on the z134 cracked block revealed the sleeve orings leaking. I used an air hose fitting with a ball valve an applied the air then shut the valve. I don't think the quick burst of air would of had time to build enough pressure to cause the leaks. My plan is to add a gauge and set at about 5 lbs. I'll have to replace the orings then test some more, any thoughts welcome.

do it all the time at work
a gauge is a must .
i use a regulator .
dont go over what the cap says

I'd test it to 8-10 psi

The radiator should only have a 7 psi cap on it.

Went out to the compressor and sat the regulator to to 8 lbs. and am getting leaks, time to order o rings and retest. thanks
