Would anyone happen to have a junk hood with this brace in it? I just need the brace. I could also use the hinged piece that holds it open but can deal with that later.

Looks like you have part of the brace. It is just 2 pieces of strap that go over center against a stop.
I think you could make the other half ( unless you want an exact part for a restoration). Need a photo?

I don't have anything. That picture is from my other tractor to show what I need. This is a picture of the one I'm working on.
