Massey Ferguson MF 21 - One for the Historians !

We have recently recovered this example of the MF 21, Being a French built specimen it is defined as MF 821. It has a Hanomag 2 Cylinder diesel which runs smooth as butter ! Engine Type is D621-E59 Built 1959. Tractor Serial Number is 531026.
It has been in regular - if fairly light - use since new and is in remarkably good condition - only the paintwork really shows it's age, everything else works as advertised! This was an 'In Transit' model so very few were built. If any others are about, in regular use or otherwise, comparison would be appreciated!

I Have just bought a Massey Ferguson MF821D serial No 531912 year of Manufacture 1960 with the Hanomag D621 E59 engine, unfortunately mine spits a lot of black oil from the exhaust which I think is not crankcase oil but unburnt diesel which I'm in the process of trying to fix, if you need and help with drawings and parts lists I can direct you to a very good website although it is in French but can be translated by Google, it is mainly for people with this tractor.
Hope this is of help.

Hi Bob,

I would be interested in that web site. I sold my 821 w/Hanomag but still have an 821 w/Peugeot gas, an 820 Vineyard w/Hanomag and an 812 w/ Simca gas plus too many other Ponies!!

Never know what you might find!!

Thanks
