MF 165 MP valve

I took apart the valve not sure if it has all the right parts or not. agco shows 2 different valves. the picture is not very clear one looks pointed on the end the other shows that it has a check ball a spring and some other part on the end. Mine does not have any of those other parts. Here is a picture of every thing that was in the there. am I missing parts.

Looks like you have all the parts. Part 28, looks like I can see stuck on the plug/cap. The other valve 26...is for repairs.

Supposedly theirs several versions depending on age. My version has the detent ball. Looks like you have all the parts. It be interesting to see the linkage side of your shift spool valve.
The parts I needed to replace were the gasket,O-ring,washer.

I dont have a picture at the moment. not much to the front just flat the only thing is the one port in the center for the line.

(quoted from post at 09:45:12 03/26/18) Any idea where to get the rubber boots for the multi-power lines into the bell housing?
are you talking about where the shift linkage goes through on the top?

Not the shift linkage itself but the hydraulic line boots on either side on top. Their slotted rubber boots.

yours must be a different setup than mine. Mine has one line and it is all internal. Line goes from the internal pump up through the transmission. It has a fitting where it goes though the front of the transmission. and then does a short 180 and into the front of the valve.

where does that line route to on the outside?
mine is just a line that goes from the port on the right side of your picture to the port on the valve. Mine does not go though the housing.

They circulate through a filter on the front of the Tractor.
