Help with a gasket replacement

1969 Massey Ferguson MF40

I'm not sure what gasket this is or even where to start to look on how to get to it. My thoughts are remove steering wheel, instrument panel then some how get down to it. I do have a manual on my tractor if someone knew what this is.

Problem: tractor is leaking a decent amount of oil below steering wheel/ below the battery. [/img]

I would wash it real good, and run it for a little bit to see where the oil is coming from (if you can't see where exactly its leaking). That tractor has hydrostatic steering, and it doesn't look like its coming from the steering system.

2 other places to look than the steering: 1) the oil line the to the oil pressure gauge and 2) the instant reverse trans oil filter, visible on the right of the picture. Probably the line to the gauge. Have you had to add power steering
fluid? Pump reservoir doesn't hold much, so if steering is what's leaking ...

If it is the steering control unit, it's either a line or the seal around the input shaft under the wheel and you'd need to remove the unit and take the top off. I got the seal from the dealer.

I haven't gotten to mess with it the past few days but it's definitely engine oil. I put about 5 quarts in it to run it for 20 mins and it's pretty much ran out.
