1100 Massy

Looked at a 1100 today, could someone give me the good and bad on this tractor? I know about the other red tractors, but a massy is something I know little about. Thank you.

Good engine, Perkins diesel, some models had issues with a bearing in the rear drives, but at their age, it may have been already updated. Previous maintenance and condition are the best ways to assess a 40 plus year old tractors remaining lifespan.

Have one sitting in the shed. Very dependable. Starts great, with good batteries.

Gas or diesel? Waukesha 195 used in gas models have very few parts available.
