Mf 175 shift spool valve

This shift spool valve looks slightly different then the one in my manual. Has the fluid port then another port next to it with a spring. Is the cyclinder shown in the pic. Spoused to move or is it stationary? Can it be removed? What O rings should be used? Thanks.

I just put together one of those this morning in my 65. It was different than yours. I'm looking at my 180 parts book and it's different as well. This is from my 175 parts book. I hope you can see it. I had to get my gasket from agco. I'm showing pn#512 787 M2 for the gasket. I'm showing pn#832 207 M1 for the o ring. It's a square shouldered ring. I can't get the picture to load. The detent ball goes in first then the spring and then the plug. Maybe you can email me and I can send you a picture from my book.

Not sure how the ball bearing goes, help?
I was finally able to figure out the detent ball. Took me awhile.
The sliding mechanism was completely froze up. Obviously junked up inside as well. Thank you for the part # on the gasket & O-rings. I think the tractor is a 1970. So this newer spool valve may be an after thought idk. Thanks.

Mine was stuck as well. My parts book showed four different valve
bodies used on the 175 but only one that looked like yours.
