101 super twin power

A friend of mine bought a 101 super twin power. It has a dual exhaust manifold with a crysler straight 6 engine. Are they very rare tractors? It has no serial tag. THANKS

I wouldn't exactly say rare but you won't find one every day of the week. Is this the "standard" model (not row crop)? Finding one with the original louvered side cover tin would be quite a find though. The serial number is on a tin tag but is also hand stamped into the top of the tranny/differential cover (the machined surface) near the clutch pedal (when in the out position). The letters and numbers are quite large actually but might not be too deep into the steel cast. Probably filled with paint and crud, you will have to scrape in that area to see the serial number. In the link below, the 101 Supers are the photos with full louvered side panels. The others are 101 Seniors.
