I see there are a few clutch kits listed for a 175. Which do I
need? My serial number is 9a56686. I believe that makes it a
1968 model diesel without multi power. Hoping I can have all
the parts ready for when I begin this process. Anything else
that should be replaced when she?s split? Thanks for your
help!

Hi, check the release bearing carrier for wear on the gearbox input housing. It's always advisable to replace the release bearing and the spiggot bearing in the flywheel. It is also worth replacing the rear crankshaft seal. It's a bit of work to do it but well worth eliminating the risk of your present one failing a week or a month after you have put the tractor back together. From over 40 years of MF experience I would only ever fit a genuine Perkins crank seal. Yours is almost certainly a 'rope' type. Cheaper seals are made of a harder material in some cases and do not 'compress' as well as the Perkins ones.
