Appears to be a hole on bottom of tranny just in front of hydraulic drain. Appears when I move the pin black watery stuff dips out but not much.Hydraulic pump is full of whitish hydraulic fluid which I'm told is normal. Is this a drain for clutch? Can't find any info on web about it. Appears that pin is coter type pin

that hole should be there and the cotter pin is to keep it open DO NOT REMOVE it is to drain the oil that will leak in to the bell housing

Yes that is a weephole for bell housing. The cotterpin
usually comes down from the inside. As it drags through tall
grass it will be spun and keep the hole clean. The black
stuff is probably dust from the clutch or oil from a leaky
seal on the engine.

The hydraulic fluid should not be "white-ish". That is normal for old, contaminated fluid. It is a sign that the hydraulic fluid likely has water in it and or was subject to years of condensation. I would change the fluid and the filter.

If the fluid is anything other than clear it needs to be changed out. Good fluid is hard to see on the stick without angling it the light to see it's reflection. You'll want to drain it out and let it sit with the plugs out for at least 12 hours. This lets the oil on the walls drip down and out. Good time to clean or replace the hydraulic filter while you are at it.
