Continental gas massey ferguson rear housing removal issue

I have a continental engine on my Massey that has bad water pump and leak on rear housing seal to engine. I removed the water pump and took the two nuts off that hold the rear housing on..this is what the water pump bolts to. Appears housing has something else holding it.. any idea what can be holding this from coming off?

What tractor/engine? If its the Z134 there are two short studs, and one longer stud that come through the rear housing. The long stud also comes through the pump, so if the pump is off that leaves the two short stud nuts. If those are off then there's probably rust buildup around the long studs inside the housing bore holding it on.

z145.. rear housing has three studs that holds water pump on it... took three nuts off and water pump came off... removed 2 bolts on bottom of rear housing and seems that the stud on left side is holding it on. Not sure how to take it out..

There is a gasket between housing and block. I'll look through my pictures that show
removal. The bolt at 8 o'clock is a stud. Most the time it has rust so just work it out slowly not to break housing.

so stud at 8oclock should should unscrew from housing and that will release housing? It must be rusted in housing so will have to figure out how to remove it .. thanks for help
