383 massey ferguson steering cylinder

The tie rods on this tractor should slide in and out of the steering cylinder ends. I wanted to set the axles out on my tractor for better
stability. I cannot get the ends to pull out of the steering cylinder. They are froze up in there. I sent it to massey dealer and they cant
get it out either. They have heated and the whole nine yards. Any suggestion would be appreciated. here is a picture that shows the design.
This is the same set up that i have.

You can try taking the cylinder all the way out and putting some pb blaster in the opening crack on the top and put some constant pressure on pulling both sides it might take. A while though I they are a bear if and when you can get them apart be careful using much heat will take the chrome plateing off the rod

Might could try taking the bolt that does the clamping on each side and losening them and driving it with them loose for a few days iv got 3 of the 300 series Massey?s one seems like it will be stuck indefinitely good luck
