Discovered my MF 135 with Z134 Continental engine does not have a thermostat, PO must have removed.
Should I install one or continue to operate without a thermostat... All help appreciated...

If it's supposed to have a thermostat, put one back in. Running below operating temperature isn't good for the motor and does more damage than good.

Especially necessary in the winter!

When ever I've come across a situation as you have.....someone has removed the THERMOSTSAT as they had a problem with the engine cooling and ASSUMED the Thermostat was the problem.

If the engine runs hot after the thermostat is installed ....you shall have to start looking for the problem.

EG...Dirty or clogged radiator?
EG....Leaking Head Gasket?
