MF 245 Power steering problems

I have an issue with my power steering on my massey 245 tractor. I just replaced the ram seals. It feels as there is pressure at the steering wheel and when I cracked the lines loose I got pressure at the lines. Doesnt turn the wheels at all however. Manually turned the wheels back and forth to bleed air from the ram. Kept the reservoir full but still no luck. Any suggestions.

Also the tractor has been sitting for a few months and now the three point wont lift. Tried working the lever up and down but no movement at all.

There is a bleeding procedure in the Owners Manual. It can take several turns of the steering wheel stop to stop to get it bled. I have a long narrow plastic funnel that barely screws into the steering pump filler and it works well to bleed it out. I keep adding fluid until it barely fills the bottom of the funnel with the steering wheel full Left after it stops spitting air and foamy oil out. Barring a missed connection drawing in air you "may" have a bad pump :-(
Make sure the draft lever is full up before you move the position lever of the lift. If that is ok then you could have an issue with the internal lever adjustment. A recent discussion about a 35 with a similar issue is on here, might want to search it.
Good Luck!
