Purchased a '63 MF35 Deluxe this fall at what I felt was a good price. It had issues...which is why is was a good price. It runs great and does not have any issues with the Z134. Transmission had a bad shaft, replaced it and found some oil leaks. Replaced seals, multi-power hose and other seals, oil on clutch discs called for replacing both of them. Steering had a bad "catch" in it, so replaced parts and seals in steering box. Front axle pivot pin and bushing were tired and needed replacing. About $1000 later it is ready to go to work.
New delimma is now I have a Ferguson TO30 and a MF35 and the wife says the barn is not big enough for both of them. (Not really what she said, but I am sure you get the idea)
I really like the 35, but I have had the TO30 for 20 years and just went through a complete engine and front end rebuild on it last winter. I would love to add a front pump and a small loader to the 30 and keep both of them. Decisions, decisions....
