Condensor ?

Looking to change points and condensor in my MF202 Z134. Bought the condensor by numbers supplied here. The thing is that the new condensor is about 1/8 to 3/32 longer than the old one. Is this going to matter?

I have not changed a condenser in over 10 years now. I would just leave the old one in it and put in the new points. Now days at best it is a crap shoot as to if a condenser is any good right out of the box.

I remember back in the early 80s that suppliers had different length condensers for GM cars and it didn't cause any problems then. I wouldn't worry about it UNLESS your points start to pit.

Won't hurt anything being a little longer.
