I bought it thinking it needed a clutch. But told its an
automatic transmission and may just be the
linkage? Also the backhoe main barrel pumo is
leaking hydraulics

I sure hope that is all. Anybody know how hard it is to get the back hydraulics pump off the backhoe? Any good tips

Nice looking machine, on the backhoe that is a rotary cylinder, not exactly easy to find parts for. If it has a external leak it may get by with changing a o-ring (may not have to take it off the machine). I haven't worked on a rotary cylinder so I'm not sure how to work on it (unless it is right infront of me then I probably could figure it out). If the transmission needs expensive repair, and if you don't need the shuttle shift you can get a MF35, or 135 parts tractor that has the same engine you have, and switch it over to a conventional transmission/pedals.

Thank you. I want to get her running to max
performance since it is in really good shape. Would
be a workhorse for sure
