The pto shaft came to a complete stop when l ran into wire with the 5ft cutter on my 135. I stopped the tractor and disengaged the pto. The wire drug out from under the cutter and after looking under the cutter and free spinning it I engaged the pto. No problem. I would think something would have to brake or something for the pto to come to a complete stop but no problem now. I would like any thoughts or comments. Just wondering. Thanks.
 
Probably just slipped the PTO clutch with the sudden shock load, just keep using it and see if it ever slips again, slowing the PTO speed during normal use..
