Massey 180 Won't Move

I tore my 180 down to rebuild the motor and redo the multi-power. I had the transmission reworked at the dealer so it was just a bolt it back in place deal for me. I got it running today and I cannot get it to move at all. The transmission will go into hi and all gears but will not move anywhere, it will not shift to low (I'm guessing something is stuck but looking for advice). This 180 has the two stage clutch which I also replaced. I have the plate set to .075, book calls for .080 but several people commented on other forums that .080 might be a little much (Seemed to feel better at .075 so I left it). Pumps are working because the 3 point will raise up and down. Pumps don't stop when the clutch is all the way down as the 3 point will still lift. I also adjusted the freeplay to get the 1/16th of an inch on the housing as the book states. I feel like there are probably 2 distinct issues here: 1 the hi low is stuck for some reason and 2 the clutch isn't releasing all way. Am I on the right track or do any of you have some thoughts on what this could be?

If the transmission rear planetary drive shaft coupler is installed backwards it won't drive the diff shaft. I've also seen the planetary pressed in LOW internal gear come out of place, when that happens BOTH hi and low are lost. When the sliding gear sleeve moves back for low, it can't mesh correctly with the out of place internal gear. High is lost because the sleeve front internal teeth can't reach the mainshaft because the out of place gear limits the forward movement. When my forklift did that years ago I pressed the gear back where it belonged, then tack welded it in several places to keep it from happening again..

Thanks for your response. The drive shaft coupler was indeed backwards when I got it apart. The cotter pin was toward the back. The rear shaft fell out just enough where high low gear coupler thats on the shift fork fell down slightly.
