Not familiar with the inside workings of that manifold ...... maybe you could explain where/how the water inside would accumulate so that it would drain out of that little pinhole (well, maybe that is a bit of an exaggeration on how small it is). I remember drain holes in some of the manifolds on the Continental F series 4 cylinder flatheads but that drain location made sense. I can't imagine this hole in the photo draining water somehow.
