Massey Ferguson 135 rope seal and rod end bushings

I am rebuilding a 135 Massey Ferguson Perkins gas.

Does the rope seal need trimmed and how tight to tighten the clamping bolts?

The new rod end bushings are unfinished. What should I hone the i.d. of the rod end bushing to? The new pin measures 1.250.
 
I hone the new bushings until the pin just slides through of it's own weight. If I recall if the rope seals are installed correctly they should NOT be trimmed at all.
