This has probably been covered before but there is a nice little 175 gas massey for sale in my area. What would be required to convert the perkins gas to diesel. I know it would need a different head and an injector pump but is everything else the same? I have a 175 already and love it so another one around would be nice. Will also be teaching a tractor repair class this spring if anyone knows of any 100 series masseys in need of some work! As always thanks for your info!

1964 - 68 had the Continental G206 gas engine in it, the Perkins gas came in 1969, and later. There is still a few little different things like throttle linkage, etc if its a Perkins gasser.
