I have a MF 35 Deluxe with the Z134 Gas Continental Engine.

I am going to change the Transmission Fluid went to the Local Napa store and bought 2 of the 5 gallon buckets of Napa 65-205 Gear oil .Is this the right stuff to put in the MF 35?It says Mineral oil on the Bucket but it does not say pure mineral oil?
https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/FTN65205

I also picked up 4 of the Autolite 3116 spark plugs.
I think these are the plugs that are recomended ?
If so what should I gap the plugs at?

Hi there,

Oh my, you have found the sweet stuff for the transmission, the GL-1 oil. That is what it needs, that or just plain for example 15W-40 engine oil. Depending where you live, 90 can maybe be a little thick in cold winter weather with snow, but if in warmer southern states it should be just perfect.

As long as you stick to GL-1 oil you are perfectly fine with the FE 35. They do not like the GL-2 and higher numbers.
