cat 1.1 liter question

I am working on a zero turn mower with a perkins/cat engine. It has a slight low power issue and i am at a point where i would like to try increasing the fuel. does anybody know the correct way to adjust the injection pump to increase fuel? I have replaced fuel solenoid, filters both air and fuel, inspected tank and suction filter, and i have no smoke under load. I have not had a tac on it yet so maybe i am out of torque band. it does turn fast and bottom of torque band might be pretty high. well any help would be appreciated.

There's not too many people on here with engines that small on this forum- did you ask this on the 'garden tractor' forum on YT here?
But if dieseltech see's this, you will be in good shape..
