starter solenoid

Oops.
Split my MF 135; replaced the clutch disk and put her back together. Old mans memory hit me on the solenoid wiring. Hooked tan nuetral wire to small post nearest engine; heaviest red wire from battery and largest black to largest post on top post on solenoid and left outer post with nothing on it. I just came down from restarting it after getting everything back together and it ran fine.
Problem is I've got a 14 gauge red wire with a connecting plate that I labeled "starter" (comes from regulator slot #2 and a smaller black wire just bare on the end that I believe was crimped to the 14 gauge red wire when I started (this black wire grounds alongside the regulator. Lastly there is a 4" white wire with a hole in the connector big enough to fit the one and only large solenoid post and the other end has a connector that would fit on the small post I left unconnected. Does anyone know if I should worry? This tractor has wiring deleted here and there, no lights and some of the wires cut away at the ignition switch. I hope to get to the finer things that were deleted this winter. But that work is at a later date. I need a tractor now.
