MF135 won't start

MF 135 with Perkins gas engine won't start. Was running good, just quit. With key off position there is spark at the points when you put a feeler gauge to adjust points. Any suggestions? I am not good with electrics
 
Either your not in off or the switch is shorted or wires are touching.Time to pull the switch and mark each wire where it came from and ohm out the switch.
