So I think I'm going to buy this MF202, 1965-ish vintage with loader. Runs great, loader was quicker/stronger than I expected. I was pretty sure the 202 was just the "industrial" version of the mf35 with a different, solid front axle, different sheet metal, and front mount pump/ps.
Anyway, the back tires are 100% junk. Judging from the valve stem, I'm guessing that the tube leaked bad at one point and the rim is probably shot. One side you can see where the rim has been patched and welded.
I have an entire wheel set off of an MF35 (11.2x28, I think) tires/rim/center. Will these bolt up to the MF202? I think this tractor had 14.9x24's on the rear...but I can't remember now honestly. He's an hour away and the wheels I have are full of fluid or I'd go find out. Online it looks like the 202 might have a "heavy duty" industrial rear end...so I didn't know about rims/centers matching.
He's willing to deal some because of the tire/rim combination...but I honestly don't want to have to buy new rubber or rims if I can avoid it. I will probably pass on the tractor if I can't find an economical solution to these tires.
Thanks
