FEL on 245 will not move bucket

I have a 245 MF gas. Took the loader ( MF 236 ) off for the first time to do tune up. Lots of problems putting it back on. The arms go up and down but the bucket only moves a couple of inches. Fluid is full, tried to force it by pushing on a tree stump but it is not moving. Do I need to bleed air from lines? We did loose some fluid when reinstalling. If so how is that done?

The first thing I would check is that the hoses are hooked to the same locations they were prior to removal.

Ok sounded good. However it did not seem to me a difference. The hose at the bucket moves as if it is getting pressure but nothing else.
Hydrolic fluid is very full do I need to bleed the lines somewhere?
