MF 165D tach weep hole

hello gents, seems I need to replace the gasket and seal as oil leaking from weep hole under tach drive. I expect it's fairly easy, but recall there is a certain way the seal needs to be placed. Would like some advice or if anything else unique I need to be aware of, and do I put any sealer on gasket or just gasket as is. Of course this happens in the middle of raking hay. Pic below. Just replace the seal with the lip toward the camshaft, should need no sealer on the gasket.
