This maybe long over due for some of you but those that are having trouble finding the steering shaft bearings, I at least have an answer. To make this short they are pricey but you can order the Bearings from A Massey Ferguson Dealer dealer. I ordered mine from a Macallister dealer for Massey Ferguson parts. This info is as follows:Massey 40 AG Tractor part # 1035054M91 Description Ball & Retainer Assembly $185.12 Plus tax $198.08. This came with two races and two caged bearing sets. Someone also posted on a forum that Jacks small engines had this and I believe it was the same part number and perhaps cheaper. My bearings were 2.4" OD and I believe 1.47 ID. I hope this helps someone.
