Hey guys, just traded for a "restored" MF205 Diesel Tractor the other day. Guy stopped by the house wanting to sell it and for the price thought it was a decent deal. Everything worked great on it when he dropped it off and I also ran it a for approximately 40 minutes on The next day.
This past Saturday we started it up and now it will not lift the bushhog cutter on the rear. Do you think that the hydraulic pump all of a sudden went out?? Or does it have some type of valve that might have gotten flipped that wouldn't allow the hydraulics to lift. I know we have a small import tractor several years back that happens on and we thought something happened to the lift and were dumbfounded when we found out it was just a valve switched the wrong way. Sorry, I would go and check it myself but it occurred to me after I went out of town.
