2.2L is a bad search engine phrase. If you put in a search for 'Continental Z134 head' you might have better luck.

I'd consider selling the head off my Z135, bolt it on, and run.

Should be plenty of them available. Often when searching for parts for my 202 I'll search for TO35 followed by the part I'm looking for. In your case it would be "cylinder head TO35". They were probably the tractor produced in the largest number which shared the same engine with the 202.
