What is the story behind this place? Is there a connection between MF company and the actual pond? Located near Boston, GA.

It is on a property that once was a Massey Ferguson test site in Boston Ga, it currently is now a private hunting property.
The old shops are still there being used the current owner, most of the older locals still call it the Ferguson place.
