Inno

202, 203, 204, 205 will fit as well but after a certain serial number. Not sure what the difference is but it's a different part number when I look it up from Agco.
There may be other newer tractors that have one that will fit but I'm not sure which ones.

Geez... I just came in from comparing all the different models i have out there- 3 are industrials... cripes they're all different. You better give us a dimension or 3.... or wait till someone can cross reference this for you.
BTW, in the process of this investigation, i got stung by a yellow jacket. The fee is now one 18 pack of Molson Golden...

Well.....I'll have to do some measuring I guess.
Sorry about the sting, we're not quite at that point in our summer just yet. Reminds me of a picture I saw the other day comparing honey bees to bumble bees to wasps and hornets. It wasn't suitable for this site. Go to google images and type in "know your bees" .

The only difference between the two is diameter of where the hub bearings go on the spindle.

Tell ya 2, i thought it was too cold that time of day for them to even move. I was wrong. About 45 and nearly dark? And that was thru a glove too. Right on the knuckle. Maybe 18 beers ain't enough??
I'm glad PT found the specs you need Inno. So's in a pinch, you can get a junk one -well- 'an assembly?' that doesn't exactly match, but will do in a pinch, and right now, you're pinchin'

Well at least armed with that information I could pull one from the 202, wheel and all and move the thing out of the way. Wife would like that ever so much. And in the meantime I'm sure I could find something to lift real high in the air. Might flush the power steering pump and see what happens.........took the day off tomorrow. Things could get interesting!

All State Ag Parts has a used one for $120

Spindle, Used, Massey Ferguson, 189751M92 https://www.link_disallowed/Spindle-p/405016.htm

I bought a new spindle for my MF 65 Industrial from them. It looked great, but the KEY was off by a few degrees so when installed it couldn't be adjusted straight. Sent it back for another one and had the same issue. We eventually turned the bottom weld off with a lathe, used a lot of heat to expand the part and rotated the spindle to the correct position then rewelded it. We didn't have many options available. A used one I found was worse than the original. Overall the part is good but needed a lot of work to get it functional. Could be a problem with the batch made for my tractor. I would buy other parts from them.

Happy wife = less the chance of the wife killing you when you bring home another project!

Well I took one from the 202 this evening and put it on, cleaned out and topped off the power steering fluid reservoir, fired it up and went for a ride. Too easy!
So far, all the major mechanical stuff I was worried about works. The power steering was blowing fluid out the top of the steering shaft, I guess that's one way to flush it out. Not sure how much assist these things have under normal circumstances. It definitely does work, maybe just needs some lube and tweaking. When it was low on fluid it was nearly impossible to steer.
The instant reverse seems to work very well, no hesitation and lots of power. I sprayed a bit of penetrating oil on all the linkage joints and it all freed up really well.
So far so good. List of things to fix
-Radiator leak
-power steering leak
- wiring
- steering spindle
- go through steering system, clean, adjust and lubricate
- rusty gas tank- probably going to use electrolysis to clean it up.
Not a bad list for a $750 forklift.
:D :D :D :)

So you gave the boss 700 worth of Molson Golden and some grocery money? I think thats a good enough deal. Must be worth that in iron. Hops. think hops... in the fall rent it out as a tree stand for hunters that can't climb!!! $$$$$$

I'll put 'em up in a tree stand for free.........the trip down is a costly one!

I think you forget who has the gun in that scenario! LOL..

Can't eat a gun.......I'd just have to wait it out. And if they shot me, then who'd get 'em down?

I'm uploading a video to youtube but's taking me longer to do the upload than it did to get this thing running!!

Found a used one on ebay for $120 plus $13 shipping. Sure beats the price for new. Tried a couple salvage yards here in Canukistan one didn't have used but could get me one for $250 plus freight and another one didn't even bother to get back to me.
This one I ordered should be here today.
