Looking at a super 90 diesel. It's getting fuel in
crankcase and PTO is stuck on. The PTO control
leaver is on the left side of transmission and has
ground neutral and live positions. It's in live and
won't move. Also the fuel supply pump has been replaced so I'm inclined to say the injection pump seal is out. Any advise on these problems and what could cause them?
