I need a 1661427M91 mounting block assembly to convert my older MKIII pump to accept a cartridge style relief valve. Does anyone out there have one they would be willing to part with? I know there are those of you out there with the experience and knowledge to help me get this unusual girl back in top form. Thx Jim

This is the early version of the 40B hitch cover and linkages. Also an easy solution If you do not have the spring scale for set up. A ladder pulley and the 3lb weight. The rigging was very easy once you have the special tooling. I don't know how u could be even close without it. While I am dealing with low hyd. pressure issues the lever positions are right on for function. Nice after the long period of research and dead ends.

pics, try again

I give up, to much pain in hiney to load images. sorry guys, if really interested I will respond to email, send a request.

There are only 3 places to adjust. I came up with the nuday bushing dia by measuring several pics of the assembled tool and came up with .375 ID and 1.0 OD on bushing. when I was done all lever positions for function were in spec. I did not have to move quadrants. :) Just think I have a bad pressure control valve or not getting a correct reading. Used 2 different gauges. It behaves as though it has more than 500 P.S.I. The diaphragm adjustment was effective and dampened pressure variance to less than a 100 P.S.I.
