Sparex panels for MF 35

Anyone have any experience with Sparex body panels for a MF 35 tractor UK made 3 cylinder Perkins?

I would like to hear anything good or bad.

I have no experience with Sparex body panels, but here are some Sparex part numbers.
Side Panel LH, S.67212
Side Panel RH, S.67211
Grille, S.75936
Lower Front Panel, S.75939
Bonnet Fastener Kit, S.43241

Bonnet Assymbly 3cyl (bonnet, side panels, grill, lower front panel) S.43224

I've been following this thread with some interest......
I've fitted and on-sold a few Sparex bonnet kits in the past, these kits have been listed for the four cylinder diesel and petrol models only.
From my experience, any listed kits available aftermarket are all designed to suit 4 cylinder models ONLY, regardless if they are supposed to suit the Perkins 3 cylinder models or not.
The difference is in the placement of the bonnet "pivot" holes in the side panels. The fix is to re-drill the front axle support housing of your 3 cylinder tractor, and re-thread the holes once you have the assembled bonnet sitting on the tractor.
The only other problem I've encountered in my time, is the inner sections of the upper and lower panels that abut the front area of the radiator. When the bonnet is lowered, these may need to be trimmed back, to allow clearance between the radiator top and bottom tanks and these particular bonnet panels.
I would strongly recommend to "bite the bullet" and buy the complete kit, rather than individual panels. Some from Bepco may come painted, all from Sparex are in primer.
But a word of warning....all pattern parts can sometimes be "hit or miss"... don't ask me how I know, good luck,

Looks like I'll have to salvage my old side panels and cut the tops off and weld to a cut off new side panel. It's the only way I can probably get any side panels to fit my original bonnet off my 1964 MF 35 deluxe UK made headache. LOL

I still have to source out a bottom chin panel as ours is just to rotten to use.

Try Fawcett Tractor Parts, St Mary's ON, they'll ship anywhere, best to use authentic original parts that will fit. There's a chance they have a row of these old things just waiting for you.....

I already contacted Fawcetts. Nothing there.
