How do I replace the v-belt on my MF-1100?

The radial hydraulic pump has four spots that may need cleaned out of oily dirt for the drive hub bolt heads to enter in when removed. When done right the drive plate will go forward just enough to get the belts between the pulley and hub.

Thanks for the help. We got the belt off without much trouble, now for the tricky part.
