Massey Pony no compression did test dry put in mystery oil in let it set 5 days tried again still no compression checked values with camera all going up and down do not know what to try next thanks for any help

Put some oil in the cylinder, then do a compression test right after you oil the cylinder. If you get pressure the piston rings are most likely seized to the pistons.

valves are stuck open

tried compression test with oil still no compression pulled valve cover off one valve stuck open going to try to free it with blaster before pulling head thanks Paul

If you have no compression at all then most likely you have at least one in each cylinder hanging open to some degree. Badly worn valve guides will allow enough oil to migrate down the stem to have it cake up on the valve surface and eventually start holding it open.

They don't have to get stuck open very much too loose all the compression. It's been awhile since I've seen valve(s) get stuck.
