One cylinder MF35 burning oil

I have a 1964 mf35 with front cylinder burning oil, I looking for a suggestion on quick fix, like maybe a oil burning spark plug
or something. I have 4 Diesels I use when needed, the 35 is only for dead of winter or when i need a tractor for quick start and
quick job so I am not going to rebuilt the engine just for this purpose. It has been running this way for awhile.
 
There is no "quick fix" for burning oil. How much oil is it going through? Run a compression test on all cylinders and see where you stand. May need to rebuild the head or do an in frame kit or both.. Many possibilities for this.

am almost certain this site will not open but worth a shot.

I bought a set of these for my neighbors 135 Massey gas that he had got too hot and all cylinders were burning oil, you can only use then on one or two cylinders at a time per the desk clerk.

however keep a hand full of plugs in the tool box, screw in one of these and the new plug, the old tractor may run a long time depending on what's wrong with it.

if it starts missing change plugs and go again, worth a shot before rebuilding the engine if you do not used it that much.
 
Yes, someone in a different forum told me about them, picked up pack (come in pair) 18mm and 3116 Autolite plugs. Will get a chance to install them this afternoon. The local Advance and Autozone stores looked at me like I was crazy when I ask for them, however NAPA carried them.
