MF-135 Strange Engine, Any Help Appreciated!

I have a hand me down MF135 that I was told had a 3 cylinder Perkins engine. In looking at the serial number, that doesn't seem to be the case. The stamp on the block above the pump says CE31133U748899L. I have no idea where to find out what type motor this is, or where to begin looking for manuals. I'd like to do an overhaul on it, but knowing what it is before I start would be handy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

All I've ever seen at the dealer I worked for had three engine choices, AD3.152 Perkins diesel, AG3.152 Perkins gas, both three cylinders. Some had Continental Z145 gas four cylinder.

The Perkins AD3.152 3 cylinder diesel, AG3.152 3 cylinder gas, and the Continental Z134, or Z145 4 cylinder gas (some of the early 135's had the Z134).

According to my listings, the engine is an AD3-152, and was originally spec-ed for an industrial MF30E tractor (assembled in Coventry, England).

CE = engine family (D3.152)
31133 = build number
U = country of manufacture (UK)
748899 = engine serial number
L = year of manufacture (1984)

I had no trouble finding Service manuals for my AD3. I was able to download as a PDF from the Perkins website, cost was very minimal. Pictures were clear compared to the paper manuals I had ordered. The Information on the Injection pump is also available. It is a separate manual.
