MH 50 vent tube

I think I'm missing half of my vent tube and wondered if anyone
had a picture of what its supposed to look like. I also have a
Ferguson 40 but its different. This is what I have.

Yup, someone cut that one, should have some pipe going down also.

Should turn 90' down at cut. Mine was rusted just below 90. Had to cut off and weld steel tubing to it.

The 50 and 40 should be same. Same engine and chassis. Maybe someone changed something about the 40. I'll take a picture later.

The one on my 40 turns right down between the distributor and the power steering pump and is shorter yet. I'm sure its been doctored. I can fan something up if I figure out what should be there. If you can get a picture for me miner that would be great.

The tube goes down near crankshaft pulley.Hope this helps.

My MF2135 industrial with the Z134 has the same, exact vent tube as that.

Yep, that's the same one as on my 150

The one on my F40 comes out the valve cover then very short length straight down few inches. Has probably been modified at some point.

I've seen some that rust out, they cut off the rusty part, and some use a piece of hose to replace the rusty tube.

Thanks--have not had any issues with the shorty pipe. But then again I don't run the tractor that much.
