MF 175 D Block heater??

The block heater on my MF 175 just quit. It is screwed into a threaded hole at the lower left corner of the engine block. The only replacements I can find go into the frost plug. I would really rather replace with the same thing, as I would be more confident with it sealing.

Does any body have a brand and part number for the screw in one.

Dang it. I just put one in my 165 and the box is gone in the trash. I can't find the receipt either. I bought it at NAPA but it wasn't the one listed in the parts book. It was more of a universal one and came in one of those plastic blister packs. I wish I was more help.

What size is the thread? Kubota uses a screw in with 3/4 pipe thread on some models.

Zerostart shows #3100013, 1.5" frost plug heater, 600 Watts. NO reason that won't work/seal, but if you want to go back with a threaded one, choose one from this table...

FYI the one I have for Kubota with 3/4 pipe thread is a Kats model K4FR.
