Help with Massey 65

I have a 1959 Massey Ferguson 65. My Grandfather bought it new and I have operated it most of my 52 years. Both power steering hoses on it are leaking and bad. There is a local shop that will rebuild them IF I can remove them and take them to them without cutting the metal lines. My nomenclature will certainly be incorrect but I hope someone can understand enough to help.

The rubber lines behind the grille have a pressure fitting connecting them to metal lines while still behind the grille. The metal lines then run from the top part of the front end to the bottom, behind the steering pump. Then, they turn toward the rear of the tractor and run through what I'd describe as a firewall before they attach to the fluid resivoir. The holes in the firewall are just large enough for the lines to run through. I can't see any way at all to remove this part of the "firewall" and there is absolutely no way the threaded fitting ends of the line will go through that hole.

I feel certain the lines weren't run through the hole, then the fittings attached at the time of assembly, but I can't figure out how to get them out to save my life!! Has anyone had this problem, and can anyone help with this issue?

Any lines I've had to replace came through that tinwork just fine. If I recall there were grommets that could be removed in those holes too for more room if needed.

I'll sure look for those grommets this weekend. There is sheet metal above where the lines run through. There are rivet appearing things that look like the could be drilled out to remove the sheet metal piece but it doesn't appear to affect the piece the lines run through. I'll look more closely though, thanks.
