what should i offer to pay for a diesel mf90 motor not stuck, has antifreeze, needs rear tires. sheet metal good.

One sold near here that was stored inside, not running for $800.

I paid 1800 for my Super 90,about 10 years ago. The engine ran well but the tractor had no brakes and the generator did not work. One of the most critical parts is the power steering pump, it powers the steering, pto clutch and engine clutch, if Multi power equipped.
