Painting a white sand exhaust

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have any advice on these exhausts please.

Is it possible to paint them? If so which paint and where to get it from?

Or is it better to just let the exhaust take on a bit of rust over the years?

They make high temp paint specifically for automotive headers. Most auto parts stores carry it.

Get the VHT flameproof paint http://www.vhtpaint.com/high-heat/vht-flameproof-coating if you follow the instructions on the can, the paint should last a long time.

I'll second the VHT flame proof paint. I put a header on my Jeep a little over 3 years ago, painted it before installation and the paint is still there and looks good.
