MH Pony carb

How do you adjust the carb on the Pony? I see only one screw on the rear side.How many turns out is it supposed to
be? It only runs good with the choke out and stalls often.

I live in Wendell next to Orange which is north of Quabbin resivoir. My college friend lived in Carver before he died and I have been to the Cape many times. What town are you in? I had a Pony in 1951,sold it a few years later and bought the 52 I have now a couple years ago. Funny, it is not as easy to get on now as it was then when I was 16.
